Michael McIvor has over 25 years of Investment Banking experience. Prior to joining Incentrum, he served as Managing Director and Vice Chairman of M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, responsible for Healthcare. Prior to that, he was Co-Chair of the Global M&A Operating Committee and a member of the Fairness Opinion Review Committee at Bank of America Securities. Michael began his career in the M&A Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1992, was one of the founding members of the firm's Global Healthcare Group in 1997, and was appointed to run the Healthcare Services practice in 1999. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, special committee and anti-raid advisory, joint ventures, spin-offs and restructurings, acquisition financing, demutualizations, IPOs, other equity, equitylinked and debt financings, on public, private, domestic and cross-border assignments with an aggregate value of over $500 billion. Michael holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA with High Distinction from The Amos Tuck School of Business, where he was also a Tuck Scholar, and is currently a member of the faculty.
